Leonid began his career at Art. Lebedev Studio, one of the best-known design agencies in Russia. The next step was a leadership role in the IMSG group of companies, which reached the London Stock Exchange IPO stage with a portfolio valuation of £220M. This is not theory. It is personal experience from work at the highest corporate level.

Alongside that came investments in real estate and mobile technologies, cooperation with startup accelerators including Google Developers Launchpad Start, Startup Sauna, GVA Launch Gurus, and StartupHUB, plus talks at TEDx and Open Innovations and teaching in private universities. International clients followed across four continents.

There is also a personal turning point behind the method: radically changing life, losing 40 kilograms, overcoming depression, and pushing through the fears that once blocked a dream project. That experience became part of the methodology itself. Leonid works with people who are ready for real change.
